新幹線でお弁当を食べる幸せを噛みしめてます。所謂駅弁ではなく、惣菜店のお弁当です。
今日は新大阪駅の構内の「アルデ」にある『鶏太郎』のチキンカツ丼をいただきました。
副菜が充実したチキンカツ弁当もありますが、コンパクトで尚且つボリュームのある丼シリーズに惹かれます。
大盛りご飯の上にキャベツが敷かれ、ソースカツならぬソースチキンカツです。
やわらかな鶏肉は身体にもヘルシー？だと思います。
ソースがたっぷりとしみ込んだチキンカツとご飯の組合せは言うことありません。
お昼には少し早い列車であったので名古屋駅を過ぎたあたりでいただきました。
今度は何をいただきましょうか。楽しみです。
