うなぎ炒飯！
大阪王将で面白そうなメニューが出たので行ってみた。
「特盛 極上 うなぎ炒飯」！
その名の通り、炒飯の上に鰻の蒲焼きを載せたもの。
ミスマッチのような気もするが、でっかい鰻が一匹まるまる載った姿はビジュアル的に惹かれてしまう。
休日の昼時にランチで訪問。
早速注文してみる。
しばらく待つとメニューの写真と違わぬ豪快な一品が出て来た。
鰻の味わいは、店で焼き上げている訳ではないのでレンジで温めた蒲焼き独特の食感。
タレは程よく甘辛い。
炒飯はボリューム少な目ながら、蒲焼きを引き立てるかのような薄っすら塩味。
これで1,580円なら食べてみる価値はありそう。

お昼は【大阪王将】で「ふわとろ天津炒飯（税込760円）」。
某テレビ番組を観て【大阪王将】の「ふわとろ」を食べてみたかった。
で、その「ふわとろ」だが、ホントにスゴい。
こんな天津丼は初めて！
玉子が美味過ぎる。
欲を言えば、天津丼のタレは酢豚のような甘辛酸っぱいのがいいかな。
