Pasta is unstable, but today it was good.
Today's pasta was puttanesca. It was a tomato sauce with anchovies, olives, capers, etc. There were few ingredients, but the sauce was good. The appetizer was delicious as expected. I ordered a large portion of pasta, but the amount was less than before. That was my impression.
The pasta was also disappointing.
The appetizers are always delicious, but the pasta is inconsistent. Today, it's minced chicken and potatoes in tomato sauce. The tomato sauce was thin and there wasn't much minced chicken, so it wasn't very good. I would appreciate it if you could make me a normal aglio olio or bolognese. I'm looking forward to it!
パスタが残念でした。
いつもは昼時、6人くらいは並んでる印象ですが、今日は、ゼロ。すんなり入れましたが、私たちでほぼ満席です。
今日は、豚ミンチとキャベツのトマトソース大盛り、パンなし。1170円。
ほんの1カ月前から150円の値上げ。
さて、前菜はいつも通り豪華です。キュシュは焼きすぎかな、ぱさついてた。
カレー味の豚ミンチソテーやレンコン。きのこのペペロンチーノ、マッシュポテト、生ハムなどなど。
どれも美味しい。
パスタは、ここんところ、具が増え、いい感じでしたが、今日は、具もソースも、少なめ。
トマトソースと言うのかな。これ。
という具合。
すこーし寂しかった。
さらに美味しく。ほんとに嬉しい。
ますます進化しています。
最近さらに人気がでて、並ぶ事が多いですが、座れたら提供がはやいので、なんとか時間内に食べられます。
さて今日は、子羊と黒オリーブのトマトソース。大盛り、バケットなし。1020円。会社のかたにご馳走になりました。
前菜は、いつもより豪華だった。鶏もも肉のソテーみたいなもの？美味しかったです。あとは、ズッキーニのグリルなんかも夏らしい。ボリュームたっぷりの前菜です。
そしてパスタ。具が多くなった！ほんと前までは具はどこ？って感じだったのに、最近具が多くて、ソースも多めで、麺は細めだし、好ましいです！
大変満足で帰りました。ありがとうございました！
かわった具の組み合わせが多い。
今回は、鯖とじゃがいものトマトソースパスタ。
具が少ないかな。ソースは美味しかったです。
いつもですが、前菜は良いです！
でも、パスタ、こんな変わったのじゃなくて、ただのアーリオオーリオでもいいし、ペスカトーレでもいいし、ボロネーゼでもいいし、なんていうかシンプルなものにして欲しい。
しらすのペペロンチーノでもいいし、ジェノベーゼでもいいし。
AもBも微妙だなって思うことが多々あります。
すみません。
ご考慮くださいませ。
2回続けて美味しかったのに、今日のアマトリチアーナは、味が決まっておらず、具材もフォークにささらないくらい小さかった。
残念です。
が、いつものことながら前菜は美味しかったです。パスタ！頑張ってほしい！

Today, I had a large baguette of lamb and rapeseed with tomato sauce, without dolce.Pasta is always unstable, but today it was delicious. The lamb had no smell, and since I used the stems of the rape blossoms instead of the flowers, it didn't have a grassy smell and went well with the sauce.
