新幹線駅構内で、たこ焼きや串カツが食べられるエリアがある。そこにネギ焼きもあり、今回いただいた。先にレジで会計をしてから席に座りしばし待つ。
こんにゃくと牛すじ、そしてたっぷりの青ネギが入った薄い粉物が登場。味はついているとのことだったが、薄く感じた。マヨネーズとポン酢をかけたい。
食べなれないせいかどうしてもチヂミを連想してしまって、あまり満足できなかった。チヂミが食べたくなった。
