GW中の11:45頃の到着。待ち人は15,6組。大人気行列店なのでこの位は想定内。迷わず接続、40分ほどでの着席でした。
写真は「ラーメンmacro 厚切り焼豚」1,090円税抜き
焼豚の厚さでラーメンの値段が変わるシステムです。
到着したラーメンは、すっきりシンプルながら半透明のスープが美しい見た目です。ぱっと見塩ラーメンとしか思えませんね。
先ずはそのスープをひと口。口に含んだ瞬間に広がる貝出汁の風味と魚介の芳醇な香り。旨味たっぷりで絶妙の塩味。これはめちゃくちゃ旨いスープ。ひと口で感動です。
麺は中太のストレート。モチモチツルツルでパツンパツンと歯切れのよいコシ。スープもしっかり引き上げてきて、その太さが絶妙にマッチする最高の美味しさで口の中が幸せで満たされます。
あと、事前にリサーチしてなかったのでチャーシューの大きさを見て気を失いそうになりました。厚みで表現するレベルをすっかり超越した巨大な肉塊です。三段階ある真ん中の厚みだから大丈夫だろうと無警戒でオーダーしましたが完全にやられました。
そんな肉塊は驚くほどの柔らかさ。軽く喰むだけでほろりとほどけて口の中でとろけていくほどとてつもなく柔らかいのに、しっかりお肉の歯ごたえが残されていてお肉を食べてる感もしっかり堪能できます。この上のレベルの「世界一厚切り焼豚」って一体どうなってるのでしょうね。
チャーシューに圧倒されながらもあまりの美味しさにしっかり完食。私の中では過去1,2を争う美味しさで、久しぶりに並んで心底満足できるラーメンに出会いました。ぜひまた食べたいです。
