大阪出張で新大阪駅に行く前に立ち寄りました。すでに10人ほどの行列が出来ており、30分ほど並んで店内に入ると淡水魚の水槽が目の前にある不思議な空間で、ミスチルのライブ会場のような一件ラーメン屋とは思えない雰囲気が楽しめます。もはやメンバーのやっている店なのかと錯覚するくらいミスチルで溢れていました。
せっかくなので2杯注文。原点、micro、macroから2杯と思い個性の強そうな2杯をチョイスしました。2杯注文の方はと煮卵サービスしてくれました。
"micro"は濃厚な醤油が特徴で、塩分強め。"macro"はあっさり淡口醤油に貝出汁が心地よく、どちらも麺の存在感が際立つラーメンでした。個人的にはmicroの方が好みでした。次は原点を楽しみにと思い、大阪を後にしたのでした。
