今や大阪をというより関西を代表する、超有名店。深夜でもお構いなくの行列。相変わらず凄まじ過ぎる。店内はやはりミスチル。ミスチル世代の自分には懐かしい。今回はmacroに厚切り焼豚トッピングはメンマと煮卵。貝出汁メインで以前息子と食べに行ってウッマーと思わず叫んでいました。透き通ったスープで薄味と思わせるイデタチ。それが一口啜ると具の旨味と若干の苦味が口に襲いかかってくる。そしてそこにこのスープ特有の甘味もしっかり合わさって超絶ハーモニー。麺は若干のグミ感食感でしっかりとスープを絡めます。トッピングのメンマも歯応えがあります。最後には替え玉が必須。最後に再度麺を楽しみお腹いっぱい。行列が厳しいけどもまた再訪するぞ。
