冷たいのに暑くなる‼️
新大阪にある 情熱うどん 讃州さんの新大阪店
関西うどん会に名を馳せる"情熱うどん"グループのひとつ
先月6月20日に11周年を迎えられ、すっかり貫禄のあるお店となってます
今回お伺いしたのは
昨日から"夜営業時のみ"提供が始まった
『冷やしカレーうどん』1200円を頂きに
あの北新地の超有名店"LEONE"の吉川シェフ監修の元、試作に試作を重ね遂に完成した至極の一杯
讃州さんならではの艶やかで押し返すようなコシのあるうどんに
たっぷりのミンチと和出汁にスパイスが効いたおだしが合わさっていて
冷たくてスッキリなのに食べ進めるとだんだん暑くなる不思議な現象に
冷たいカレーってスパイス感がボケやすいんですが
こちらは全くそんな事なく見事に風味が押し出されています✨✨✨
うどんを食べ終えたら残ったおだしが勿体なくて
ついつい『ちょこっとごはん』を追加
そりゃキーマカレーにしちゃいますよ‼️‼️
一滴一粒残さず食べ切るでしょ
これがまた美味いのなのんのって
お腹に余裕ある人は必ず頼んだ方がいいですよ〜
至福のひととき堪能させて頂きました
夜営業のみで5食とハードル高めやけど食べる価値あり‼️‼️
