12時半過ぎに訪問。大テーブルが1卓、4人がけが4卓あります。大テーブルは相席が原則です。1席あった空席に滑り込み。13時頃には空席が出だすのでピークを外すのも良いでしょう。
カレーと出汁のうどんの2本柱。天ぷらとの組合せでメニューの幅は広いです。
鶏の天ぷら丼とうどんのセットをオーダー。850円。時間が掛かる旨の案内がありました。
案外早く7分ほどで到着。鶏天が4つ、大葉、卵の天ぷらがそれぞれ1つ。ご飯は少なめ。
うどんは冷やしにし、具材はわかめとてんかす。うどんの旨さはやはり讃州さん。若干グミ系も入る感じ。麺の旨さが引き立っていました。鶏の天ぷらは下味をつけられていましたし、卵の揚げ方も絶妙。
接客も非常に素晴らしいですし、うどんも最高峰。気分良くいられました。
