大阪市淀川区の『情熱うどん讃州 新大阪店』へ。
地下鉄御堂筋線 東三国駅5番出口から南に260mほどのところにあります。
付近のコインパーキングは30分200円ほど。
3人カウンター席×2、4人テーブル席×4の店内レイアウト。
土曜日13時過ぎの訪問で先客は7人。
卓上にはお冷ポットと七味。
『牡蠣フライタルタルカレー釜玉うどん（1.5玉）』1,450円をオーダー。
こちらのメニューは『カレーうどん』である前にまず『釜玉』なので、茹でたてのうどんは泡立った全卵を浴びてテロッテロになった状態で提供されます。
足踏みで鍛えた中太の麺は箸でつかむたびに『うにょーん』と伸びますが、ダシの侵入を拒むようなブリブリの多加水グミ系統ではありません。
もちゅっとした歯ごたえと共に小麦の甘みが広がるナチュラルな食感が持ち味で、素直にとても美味しいうどんです。
比較的とろみのあるカレーは、スパイスよりも和ダシが前面に出た、いかにもカレーうどん的な優しい味わい。
シャクっとしたコロモの中に海のエキスを閉じ込めた大粒のカキフライ。
あおさのりと糸唐辛子があしらわれた濃厚なタルタルソースをたっぷり塗りつけてから頬張ると、本当に身悶えするほどの美味しさ。
