焼き鳥が食べたい。
一人酒に選んだ店がくまがや。
肝、心、ずりを注文。
いずれも絶妙の焼き加減。
旨い。
特に肝には感嘆した。
きっちり火が入っているのに、まるで生のよう。
炭火を自在に操る技を見せつけられた気がした。
ハイレベルの焼き鳥には純米酒である。
石鎚、山本ピュアブラック、伯楽星と呑みすすめた。
単なる焼き鳥屋とは思えない。
日本酒にも並々ならぬこだわりがある、とは褒めすぎか?
客に対する気配りも尋常ではない。
常連らしきカップル、若い女性2人、6人の男女。
それぞれ全く異なる客筋だが、その全てが楽しんでいる。
店の隅々まで完全に掌握し、まるで空気の様にサーブしている。
きっとスタッフ全員、客に楽しんでもらう空間を、全く意識しないで自然体で作れるのだろう。
この店ならば、今日は一人酒だが、親しい友人と酒を酌み交わしてみたい、と思った。
