本日は西大橋南方にある、
ゆうすけさんにて、
「3種天ぶっかけ」を頂きました。
平日の夜〜
お昼の開店直後に訪問し、長蛇の列で
断念したうどんの名店に再訪問です♪
到着18:30。外待ち6名。
行列店でも意外と待ちの少ない
この時間も既に行列。流石の人気店！
今回は時間があるので最後尾に接続して
待つことにします。
タイミングが良かったのか、
18:40入店。
お店の注意書き通り、注文してから
15分後の18:55着丼です。
【注文】3種天ぶっかけ 1,150円也

魚介と醤油で作られた出汁､､､
昆布の量が少ないのか、甘さ控えめで
あっさりした味わい♪
◇◇◇◇麺
お店の店頭で作る自家製の平打ち麺､､､
剛麺タイプのしっかりとコシがある麺
は重量感もたっぷりでお腹の中にも
ズッシリと溜まります♪
◇◇◇◇トッピング達
鶏とちくわとゲソの3種類の天ぷらに
鰹節、大根おろし、生姜、葱、海苔､､､
鶏とちくわのコラボぶっかけは
良く見かけますが、ゲソも加えた
3種盛りは初めて^ ^
確かにゲソも天ぷら単体では
人気の高い品だけに入れない手は無い！
早速味わってみると、
鶏はjuicy、ちくわは香ばしく、
そしてゲソは味わい深し^ ^
それぞれの良い点が良く出た
天ぷらでした♪
程なく完食。流石にお腹一杯で出汁は
完飲できず､､､
