阪急京都線南方駅から、徒歩5分にある本格手打ちうどんゆうすけさん。
以前、インスタで上がっていて気になっていたので初来訪してみました。
今回、三種天ぶっかけうどん1150円と麺大盛り130円を注文しましたが、味としては、麺がきしめんみたいに太く、コシが異常なぐらいのグミみたいな食感と、とり天とゲソ天とちくわ天の衣の軽いサクサク感が堪らない、今まで食べた事がないぶっかけうどんでした。
ただ、オープンの時間前から結構並んでいて、1時間ぐらい外で待たされたのがネックな部分と、スタッフ2人で切り盛りしていたのもあって待たされても仕方ないのかなと思ってしまいました。
しかし、味は確かなので並んででも食べてみたい方はぜひ行ってみてください。
