うどんの人気店だが、いわゆるさぬきとはちょっと違う、コシの強い、やや硬めのぶっというどんが食べられるお店。
大阪市淀川区 阪急南方駅の北隣。線路に隣り合っているが、改札からはやや遠い場所にある。
レビュー時の評価点が3.68でうどん100名店にも選出されている。
回転はかなりゆっくりで、数人待ちでも時間がかかると思っておいたほうがいい。
うどんはいちから湯がいているとのこと、だいたい15分程度かかっている。
きまぐれメニューが有り、このときは豚肉とごぼう天のぶっかけうどん。
私がお店についたときは外待ちなし、満席。
そこからうどんがでてくるまで35分かかっていた。参考になれば。
ただ、待つだけのことはあった。
関東のうどんを思い出すような野性味のあるうどん。きしめんにも似ている。
ごわっとした食感と噛みごたえは脳を刺激する。
ぶっかけだしはいりこか何かの風味がとっても強い。
そこに濃い目の味付けの豚肉とごぼう天。
なんだかパワーの付きそうな旨さ。かなり、面白いうどんだった。
