土曜日11:10到着。9番目でした。
9席しかないので1巡目でギリギリ
入れました。
ちく天温玉うどん（冷）を注文
麺は300gか200gか選べて、
200gの場合は麺を減らした分
1つ具材を追加できるとのこと。
少食の人や他の店も回りたい人には
嬉しいサービスですね。
麺を200gにした分は、茄子の天ぷら
にしました。
着席してから食べれるのに15分程
かかります。
うどんをその場で切って直ぐに茹でられ
ていました。
出来立てを提供されているのですね。
うどんは平麺でコシがあるのに
食べやすかった。
ちく天と茄子の天ぷらもサクサクで
油っぽくなく美味しいです。
醬油ベースで濃さが絶妙だった。
ラーメン・蕎麦を食べる機会が多い
んですが、ここは通いたいですね。
お店の人2人で回されていましたが
とても親切・丁寧でよかったです。
12:00くらいにお店を出ると
20人以上並んでいたので2時間待ち
とかもありそう。
早く来れるなら11時過ぎに並ぶ
のがよさそうですね。
