美味しいうどんのお店が南方にあるとのことで訪問。
行列ができていることもあるとのことでしたが、この時は運良く並ばずに入店できました。
どれも美味しそうでしたが、今回は3種天(とり、ちくわ、げそ)ぶっかけを注文。
麺は生麺から茹でるとのことで、入店からうどんが到着するまで15分はかかるとの掲示がありましたが、そこまで待った印象はなく、うどん到着。
美味しそうな揚げ物がガツンとありつつも、その横のレモンとおろしがその油を打ち消してくれるようなさっぱりさを醸し出しています。
まずは揚げ物…揚げたてで美味しい！とり天はとてもジューシー。げそ天もちくわ天も食べ応え十分です。
そして肝心の麺は…平打ちっぽいのですが太さもしっかりあり、なんと言ってもコシがすごい！讃岐うどんのように喉ごしを楽しむというよりは、その食べ応えを楽しむ感じ。
全体的にはさっぱりしつつも、麺と揚げ物の食べ応えですっかり満腹です。
女性や小食の方向けとして、麺を少なめにする代わりにトッピングを追加することもできるようです。
次はカレーうどんとかも食べてみたいなぁ。
