There was only one other customer ahead of me as the last train was approaching. I got a ticket for chicken broth Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) and sat down at the counter. A pop-up for boiled Gyoza / Dumpling appeared in front of me, so I asked for some more... The bowl arrived a while later. The thick homemade noodles were served shiny and glossy. The dipping sauce was chicken broth, so it looked like a side dish, but it had a slightly sticky texture. The dipping sauce contained shredded pork and green onions. The noodles were chewy and delicious. This was my first time ordering boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, but unfortunately the skin was a little hard, perhaps because they weren't boiled enough... I put them in the dipping sauce for Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) and adjusted the boiling time... However, they weren't particularly tasty, so I wish they had made wontons instead.
