今日のランチは西中の『鰻家』さん。
特上にしたかったんやけど
夕方からまた合流があるので控えめに。
■上 鰻巻き、肝吸い、香の物付き
目の前でスパスパと見事に捌かれた後
すぐさま炭の上で絶妙なタイミングで
表、裏と焼かれていく。
まずはそのままで。
しっかり目に焼かれてて締りがある。
追タレもあり(結構甘め)
肝吸い好きなんやけど少々塩味が強かった。
