とにかく美味しい。丁寧に調理されたことがわかります。目の前で調理されているのでわかってはいるのですが。
皮はパリパリ、身はふっくら、理想的な焼き方です。ご飯にタレはかかっていませんが、それがまたちょうどよいバランスです。お米の炊き加減もよいです。
