平日9時に店頭に到着。先客2名です。
9:30になって記帳開始。
14時からの席を予約しました。
注文を受けてから目の前で鰻を捌いて焼き上げます。
本当の出来立てアツアツの鰻重は格別でした。
ご飯にタレがかかってないので、鰻本来の味が味わえます。
料理の写真の投稿は控えるように書いてありましたので料理の写真の掲載はやめておきます。
最高に美味しい鰻重でした！
