大阪西中島南方、うなぎ百名店、鰻家さんです。
年末金曜に営業されているとの事でお伺いしました。
朝9:30から店頭に記帳し予約するシステムです。この日12/29は平日ですが年末ですので、9:00に到着しました。既に待ち人2組。記帳する頃には10組程度で、やはり早めが良さそうです。11時、12時、13時と入店時間は選べます。
着席と同時に捌きから始まります。関西風の焼き上げ仕立てで、香ばしい香りが店内に充満します。う巻きから提供されますが、我慢できずに昼ビールです。
うな熟成のタレは甘さは薄いですが、うなぎと相性良いとろみのある感じで美味しいです。
年末に素晴らしいうなぎと出会いました。
うっとりいただきました。
