平日18時過ぎ来訪。めっせ熊、熊子に振られ、久しぶりに串でも行くかと階上へ。待ち3組、まあすぐかと待っていると先頭さんが代表待ちでした。観光の方とお見受けしたので仕方ないですね。
それでも10分弱でカウンター席へ。席でつきだしのキャベツと生ビールを注文。あとはQRコード。未だにあんまり好きになれない。
プラス100円のどて煮と12本セットを注文。キャベツとどて煮とビールが秒できました。それらをアテに待っていると最初の5本が到着。揚げたてでさすがにおいしい。
ソースがつけるのではなく、ソースさしでかけるタイプでした。エコと思いつつ、2度づけ禁止でもいいからソースをくぐらせる儀式を経てみたいというのは贅沢でしょうか。
アスパラ、とんかつ、牛串、うずら、ウインナー、なす、レンコン、イカ、牛ヒレ、つくね、海老、キス、だったと思います。
海老が思いのほか身が大きかったです。メニュー構成もバランスよく、自分好みだったかとおもいました。
少し並びましたが、揚げたてのものがすごいスピードで出てくるので、電車まちの身としては安心でした。「さくっと」というのが共通ですね。ごちそうさまでした。
