辛口Lab. 新大阪さんに訪問しました。大阪市東淀川区にあり、各線新大阪駅が最寄になります。
Ａカレー+カニクリームコロッケ+玉子をオーダー。ライスは白米と玄米を選べるので玄米で。
Ａカレーはビーフベースのアディクトカレー、大辛肉入り。Ｂカレーはチキンベースのベストカレー、中辛肉なしになります。辛い物が好きなのでもちろんＡをチョイス。ご飯とルーはおかわり自由です。
カレーのルーは酸味が前に出てスパイシー。肉と野菜がたっぷり溶けて旨味が出ています。辛さは思った程ではなく、自分にとってはかなり控えめな爽やかな辛さで、サラサラ食感。
玄米はやや固めに炊かれ、香ばしい香りが良くカレーと合っています。
カニクリームコロッケは揚げたてサクサクで、具材は濃厚でクリーミー。好みでソースを掛けます。生玉子はまろやかな味わいに。
卓上には人参と玉葱のピクルスが置かれ、酸味と食感を楽しめ箸休めに。
自分には少し酸味がきつくコクが足らない感じでしたが、爽やかな辛さの食べ易いカレーで、最後まで美味しく完食しました。
