新幹線乗車前にこちらを訪問。
以前ピンチョスを初めて食べて感動して以来
また食べたいと思っていたので迷わず入店。
ピンチョス以外にも惹かれるメニューが沢山あります。
飲み物は「こぼれカヴァ」なる、まるで日本酒
のようにグラスの下の枡までヒタヒタに注がれた
泡をいただきました。結構な量で、沢山飲む人には
お得です。
◾️ピンチョス
・スペインオムレツ 280円
・生ハムとモッツァレラとトマト 350円
・スモークサーモンと卵とオリーブ 350円
バケットが大きくて一口でパクっと、とは
ならず、これだけで結構お腹に溜まります。
素材が上に乗ってるだけといった感じで
以前感動したレベルではなかったものの
うん、まぁ美味しいねといったかんじ。
◾️鶏レバーのパテ トリュフ風味 550円
滑らかなペーストで確かにほのかにトリュフの
香りが。少し添えてあるベリー系？のジャムが
アクセントになり良かったです。
◾️かに身と蟹味噌のアヒージョ 1,100円
グツグツ湧き立つオイルに生卵が浮かんでます
崩して混ぜると、トロトロになります。
かにの身もたっぷり入ってます。
かなり期待したのですが、ガーリックの香りと
卵と蟹味噌と混ざりすぎてるのか
蟹の味は薄まり、ちょっとくどい。
バケットにちょっと乗せて食べるくらいが
ちょうどいいです。胃もたれしそうで
私はあまり食べられませんでした。
お手頃価格でいいのですがメニューのチョイスの
バランスが悪かったか、あまり感動なく
再来はないかな、、と。
看板メニューのチキン頼めば良かったかな。
