⚪︎Ordered items: Loin cutlet lunch 980 yen ⚪︎Cooking: It can be eaten with 3 types: rich cutlet sauce, mellow white sesame sauce, and demi-glace sauce, and comes with a salad as a side dish. The cutlet is so thick! It has a big impact. Made with domestically produced pork. As a tonkatsu, the bond between the batter and the meat was not good. It's a great value for money as you can feel the fat in the meat while still being able to eat it wholeheartedly. Personally, I found the demi-glace to be a perfect match ^_^ I wanted to try other menu items as well.
