また絶品。癖になる。
絶品尽くしでした！
以前から馬肉専門のお店が西中島南方にあると話で聞いていましたが、この度やっと行くことができました。
まだ日のある時間帯にお邪魔しました。
店内入って活気あるスタッフさんに色々とご丁寧にお肉の説明、食べ方を教わりいざ実食。
始めに（いきなり？）レバ刺しを。岩塩とごま油につけたレバ刺しがまた絶品。
牛とは違う味わいで癖になること請け合いです。テールスープも意外とあっさり目で何杯でも飲めそうです。
馬刺しも食べ方の極意を知りながら頂くとより奥深い食べ方が楽しめました。
焼き物も軽く焼くだけで牛とは違う味わいの深さで馬肉特有なのかしつこさもなくかなりの量を食べれました。
そしてこの日一の絶品がユッケ丼。口の中でとろけました。これは癖になります。
握りも馬肉特有の柔らかさでこれも止めどなく食べれそうでした。
店内の雰囲気も明るめで居心地よかったです。（陽のあるうちに行ったからかもしれませんが）
お酒飲んで料理楽しんで〆まで美味しいこのお店一軒ですべて事足りそうです。
ちなみにソファー席快適でした。

前回食べたユッケ丼が忘れられずまた虎桜さんへ。
馬肉はとてもヘルシーという店員さんの言葉も素直に頷けます。
焼肉セットなるものをまず頼みました。
牛とはやはり食べた後のスッキリ感が違う。なので一肉一肉美味しくいただきました。
お通しで出てきたポテトサラダ（馬肉入り）がとてもおいしくてお通しを追加注文しました。
ちなみにこの日は車で来たのでお酒は飲めず。しかしどでかいジョッキのウーロン茶でもうのど越し
も満足。
海賊肉は豪快に手に取ってかぶりつく感じです。最初は味薄めなのでお塩をつけて食べることをお勧めします。
今回馬肉入りのラーメンも〆で頂きました。塩と醤油のどちらか選べるのですが今回は塩を。
スープ全部飲み干しました。
2回目でしたが前回食べたもの、また今回初物とまだまだ広がりを止めない虎桜さん。
近々またお邪魔します。
