1 minute walk from Nishinakajima Minamigata on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line (1 minute walk from Minamigata Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line), this is my first visit in about 4 years. I visited for lunch by myself on a weekday afternoon. I went up the stairs to the second floor, and at the table seated by the staff, I chose from the lunch menu: Wagyu beef hormone bowl: 980 yen (tax included) + extra meat: 300 yen (tax included). The rice bowl is ready in about 6 minutes. This is a lunch set that includes soup and pickles. This is delicious! ! The juicy offal is grilled with an exquisite salt sauce! ! It was very delicious. Thanks for the meal. I'm satisfied because I increased the amount of meat! I was told that a large serving of rice would be served free of charge, but I asked for a regular serving of rice.

大阪市営地下鉄御堂筋線西中島南方から徒歩１分（阪急南方駅から徒歩１分）、西中島飲食街のど真ん中にあるお店です。ＧＷ休暇中の閑散としたオフィス街でお一人様ランチで訪問しました。広い店内は、ＧＷ休暇中ですが、焼肉食べ放題などを楽しんでいるお客さんが多数来店されていました。ランチメニューより選択したのは、名物ドラゴンカルビ丼：１２８０円（税込み）です。約５分程での着丼です。
スープ＆漬物付きです。また、このお肉は１枚（本）なので、ハサミで切りながら食べます。濃いめの味付け（個人的には少々濃すぎました）でご飯に合います。ボリュームに関しては、まぁまぁかなぁ、。もう少しモヤシなどの野菜が多めでも嬉しいかもしれません。美味しくいただきました。ごちそうさまです。

焼肉食べ放題黒べこ屋西中島店半年ぶりの訪問です。今回もお一人様ランチです。大阪メトロ御堂筋線西中島南方から徒歩１分。階段で２階に上がり、スタッフに案内されたテーブル席でランチメニューより選択したのは、ハラミ丼：９８０円（税込み）＋肉増量：３００円（税込み）です。５分程での着丼です。
ご飯量は大・中・小と選択可能（無料）で、今回も中盛りでお願いしました。スープ＆漬け物が付加されたランチセットになります。美味しかったです。ごちそうさまです。
