西中島南方でジンギスカン
大阪に引っ越ししてからは初めてのジンギスカン。
少し前に、朝の情報番組で旨そうに取り上げられていたのを見て、予約のうえ来店。
ジンギスカンとのことだが、巨大な陶製の鍋で焼く珍しいタイプ。
ジンギスカンに限らず、様々な羊料理が合って、選ぶのに迷ってしまいます。
まずはスタンダードな焼き用の肉盛り合わせなどを注文。普通のジンギスカン料理屋だと、もやしなどの焼き野菜は無料でそれなりにお肉についてくるけどこちらのお店は完全有料。
お肉は丁寧に下処理されているのか、どの部位も美味しかったが、どの料理もボリュームが寂しめで少し残念。
それほど食べていないが、精算してみると、普通に焼肉を腹一杯食べた時より多めの出費。コストパフォーマンスの点ではやや不満が残りました。
ひきりなしにお客さんが入ってくるので、新しいお店にして人気店のようです。
料理はどれも美味しかったので、もう一度来てもいいかなとは思えました。
