新大阪駅の改札を出て大阪メトロのある2階へ。
アルデ新大阪の飲食店が並ぶ一角にあります。
新しくなってから初めて来たけど、
ほんと変わりましたね〜（＾ω＾）
お店の選択肢が多いのはありがたい。
堺が本店で、塩ラーメンで有名な龍旗信さんの支店になります。
龍旗信さんはなんばにできてすぐに行ったなぁ…。もうかなーーーーり前ですw
入り口で食券を購入します。
暑かったので、お店の前に大きな看板があった
◉冷やし塩ラーメン
にしました。
麺はツルツルの細麺。
トッピングはチャーシュー、ネギ、海苔、オニオンスライス。
スープはクリアで黄金色。
ムール貝などでスープを取っているそうです。
ちょっと私には塩分がかなり強かったかな。
スープを飲めませんでした。
冷やしって、ちょっと難しいのかも？
次回あればノーマルにしよう（＾ω＾）
