初訪問
新幹線乗る前に腹ごしらえで寄りました。
塩ラーメンDX
スープ もう少し熱い方が好みですが味はあっさりで美味しい○
チャーシュー 少し厚みがあり普通に旨い○
卵 綺麗な半熟◎
麺 少し柔らかめですがスープにあってると思います○
すじマヨ丼
マヨネーズ味よりはピリ辛味が強い丼
メニュー名にピリ辛とかいれた方が良いと思いました。
ラーメンがあっさりしてるのに丼は味が濃い。食べ終わったあと口の中からラーメンの味は消えて全部ピリ辛だけになりました。
