Remarks |
We accept reservations for ``year-end parties'', ``new year parties'', and ``welcome and farewell parties'' with a wide variety of items including Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and a la carte dishes. |
The restaurant that I visited for dinner that night was ``Zuiyoung.'' A business partner took me here to eat samgyeopsal for the second time in my life. The iron plate is quite authentic. I left the eating and baking methods up to you, and the baked goods were delicious. I think the fun part of this recipe is that you can wrap the grilled pork in leaves and add various things to it to make it your own, but the perilla leaves were the best for me. It would be delicious if you eat this with regular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) too! Thank you for the meal!
