お好み焼きのようでも、お好み焼きでない。
ねぎ焼きのようでも、ねぎ焼きでない。
それは何かとたずねたら、
点・天・点・天、点天餃子。
空港、駅、デパートなど、いたるところの売店で目にする有名な餃子です。
ぼくも地方の友人へのお土産に買ったことがあるのですが、食べるのは初めて。
利用した点天バルには、変化系、進化系かな？ とにかく変わり種の餃子かたくさんありました。
・大阪葱マヨ餃子
・エキゾチックスパイシー餃子
・鉄板チーズ餃子
・広島風餃子
・パクチー餃子
他に7種あります。 各 8個 550円
創造力、恐るべし点天餃子。
小さくて薄いので、普通なら16個は食べられそうなので、次の二品をいただきました。
・大阪葱マヨ餃子
餃子の姿が隠れてしまう量のネギがのっています。
味はネギの風味が強烈で、舌で餃子の味を探すのだけれど、小麦の皮の味はわかるのだけれど、中身の具は探しきれず。
・広島風餃子
こちらはソースたっぷりの上に紅生姜が鮮やか。
餃子の上に玉子やキャベツがのっているのだけれど、ソースと紅生姜に制圧されてしまって、味はなんとなくするかな。
食後の感想は、美味しい！
だけど、お好み焼きとしての味評価。
一般の餃子とは程遠いですね。
カリッとして中はジューシーなひと口餃子が特長なんだけど、中身のジューシーは味わえなかったかなぁ。
基本のひと口餃子を選択するべきだった。
