While digging through old photos, I found a photo of this restaurant that I visited when I was working away from home in Osaka, and it brought back memories so I decided to visit. I visited the restaurant shortly after it opened, and I vividly remember being surprised by the Instagram-worthy visuals and the rich taste of the sea bream broth. I'm very happy that it has become a popular restaurant selected as one of the top 100 restaurants. If I ever move to Osaka for work again, I'd definitely like to visit this restaurant again.
