当店は大阪の名店｢梅田はがくれ｣の味を継承する｢生じょうゆうどん｣を味わうことができる店。

この日の夜は東三国にある天空さんへ。
前々からBMしてあったので、タイミングよく18時ごろに新大阪駅だったから、歩いて行ってみた。
18時20分頃到着。
先客1名のみ。
オーダーを思案するが、生じょうゆうどんで温があるので、「珍しいかも」と思い注文。
これに天ぷら3点盛りセットを追加。
■ 生じょうゆ 温
酢橘の香りは温冷どちらにも合う。
醤油も掛けてもらった。
麺はにゅるんとしていて長め。
すごく特徴がある訳ではないが、バランスの取れたうどん。
■ 天ぷら3点盛りセット
かぼちゃが分厚く、ホクホク。
玉子は半熟、ちくわ天もいい弾力。
3点盛りで300円は高CP。
しかも2点を同時注文したら、@970円→@920円だったかな？色々とセット価格があり、ちょっとお得になる。
お客さんが少なかったこともあるが、清潔感があり静かな空間で落ち着いて食べられた。
すぐ近くにスーパーや商店街があり、大阪のおばちゃんが忙しく歩いているのに、ここだけ別世界。
