惜しまれつつ閉店した大人気店｢はがくれ｣出身の店主が営むうどん屋さん✨️
同じくはがくれ出身の｢江戸堀 木田｣さんと違ってここは10分くらいうどん出てきた！笑
修行元が一緒でもこんなに違うんや！ってくらいうどんの太さも食感も違うかった^ ^
□ぶっかけうどん(850円)
黄身、錦糸卵、山菜、椎茸煮、かいわれ、かまぼこ、ねぎ、花かつお、わさび！！
こんな具沢山なぶっかけうどん初めてや。笑笑
つゆも椎茸煮も甘辛いしっかりした味！！
色々具あるから味も食感も楽しかった！
美味しかったけど、うどん自体は好きなタイプではなかった。笑
むにゅ、とした柔らかい食感！
剛麺好きには物足りんかも！ 笑
でも平太麺ってゆーんかな、うどんの太さとこのむにゅっと感は嫌いじゃない(*^^*)
てか、この具の量で850円はコスパ良い！！
あとね、めっちゃ気持ちいい接客やった♡
