美味しいフレンチランチが食べれるお店を見つけました。
東三国駅からほど近い、けれども細い路地沿いの目立たない場所にあるお店。
なのでまだ知られてないだろうなと思ったら、ランチタイムには半分くらいの席が埋まってました。
皆さんどこで調べて見つけるんだろう、笑
お店はキチッとコロナ対策されてて安心。
カウンターはコロナ対策のため1席だけ、あとは皆さんをテーブル席に案内してました。
こちらのランチはこんな感じ。
・平日限定ビジネスランチ 1,100円
・Aランチ(上記ランチに前菜付き) 1,700円
・Bランチ(上記ランチにデザート付き) 2,200円
・Cランチ(肉料理と魚料理の両方、ドリンク付)3,500円
上記のランチは全て下記のメイン料理から選べます。
・国産若鶏もも肉のギャランティーヌバジルソース
・塩麹でマリネした豚ロースのグリルしば漬けソース
・オルタンシア特製ハンバーグ赤ワインソース
・新潟県産甘鯛の松笠焼き
・和牛すじ肉が入ったラザニア
他にも＋1,100円の追加料金で頂けるメイン料理がなんと4種類もありめす(詳細は写真で)
私は前菜も食べたい気分だったのでAランチにしました。
◆Aランチ(国産若鶏もも肉のギャランティーヌ)
税込 1,700円
上品な前菜が出て来ました。
豚と牛蒡のリエットは蓮根チップに乗せてパリッ♪
豚の旨味と牛蒡の風味がふわっ。
蓮根の香りも口に広がる。
ビーツっぽいものやキャロットラペ。
そして海老のマリネも美味しかった。
次にサラダとカリフラワーのスープとパン。
サラダはフライドオニオン？が良い香りのアクセント。
カリフラワーのスープはとりわけ美味しかった。
そしてメインの登場です。
これがまた綺麗な盛り付けで色合いもいい。
色んな焼き野菜や温野菜や生野菜が華やか♪
メインのギャランティーヌは鶏肉で挽き肉などを包んで茹でたものを冷やしてカットした料理。
茹でてあっさりした鶏肉と挽肉のグラデーションの旨味を感じます。
そのお肉にバジルの香りたっぷりのソースが合いますね。
このパジルソースがほんと美味しいので焼き野菜にもつけて食べた♪
フレンチって油っこかったりするイメージもありますがこの調理法はあっさりして胃にもたれません^ - ^
食後はLINE友達登録でゲットしたドリンクでまったりさせて頂きました。
こちら、なかなか良い店です。
なんせ盛り付けがいいから、料理を見てワクワクできる♪
1,100円のビジネスランチでもこのメインが食べれるのでコスパも良いと思う。
