3 minutes from Higashi-Mikuni Station ◆ Enjoy soy sauce ramen and yuzu Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) made with carefully selected ingredients! takeaway also available ◎
Opened on April 1, 2020! This is a soy sauce ramen specialty store where you can enjoy the most popular "Yuzu soy sauce ramen", as well as Chinese noodles and "Mazesoba (Soupless noodles)" with a spec |
On this day, I was a little late and headed to a small Chinese Cuisine store that I had been checking out before. There is a line of about 5 people in front of the shop, but I will line up once. I waited for about 10 minutes, but it didn't go at all, so I went to the Ramen store across the street. My colleague who went with me also said that it was delicious, and my Tabelog points were 3.51 on the same day, which is quite high, so I have high expectations. I ordered the yuzu soy sauce ramen special ¥1,100- on the TOP menu. Looking at the Ramen that came out, the thick rare char siu overflowed from the bowl, and the soup was also a good color, so my expectations were high. Personally, the sweet soup was too light, and although it contained yuzu peel, the yuzu flavor was not particularly strong, and the overall Ramen was elegant.
