新大阪駅3階の在来線と新幹線の外側通路(改札外)に、象印が経営する駅弁屋を見つけたので利用しました。
和食弁当(税込1,280円)を購入。象印だけあってご飯にはこだわりがあるようです。
ご飯は種類や炊き方まで選べるほか、温めてもらうこともできますが、そのままをいただくことにしました。
鶏の竜田揚げ、鶏つくねの照り焼き、銀鮭の西京焼き、だし巻き玉子など好みのおかずがバランス良く彩りも良く配置されています。
ごはんは全て店内の高級炊飯ジャー「炎舞炊き」で炊き上げられているようで、さすがに美味しかったです。
