(This is a post from my blog) I went to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Nishinakajima, Osaka. ■Live Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Tengu Nishinakajima Main Store This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located 1 minute walk from Nishinakajima Minamikata Station on the Osaka Metro. Opening on August 23, 2023. This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that focuses on the live feel of cutting the meat in front of the customers and serving freshly cut meat. At a typical Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, one serving is about 70g to 80g of meat, but at Tengu, one serving is 1.5 times that amount, at 120g or more. There were L-shaped counter seats surrounding the counter. There were also table seats in the back. If you have a small group, we recommend seating at the counter. You can watch the knife being used right in front of your eyes. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu has 1.5 times more servings per person than a typical Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. Two types of ``Tan Tae Compare Assortment'', `` Salted beef tongue'' and ``Nakaochi Tongue'', are popular menu items. There was also a recommended menu of the day. "Tengumori (3,900 yen)" is an assortment of four types of rare meat. Apparently they offer different meat from the grand menu. This time, I stopped by for dinner. Three types of sauce were prepared: red meat sauce, lemon, and Kyushu sweet soy sauce. ●Kimchi Assortment An assortment of 3 types of kimchi: Chinese cabbage kimchi, oki kimchi, and kakuteki. The kimchi had just the right amount of sweetness and was easy to eat. ●Tan taste comparison platter This is an assortment of two types of Salted beef tongue. Styled with wasabi and red salt. The tongue was cut thick. Grilled from the fatty "Nakaochi Tongue". The heat will cause the cut part to open and the light pink meat will be beautiful. I squeezed some lemon on it and enjoyed it refreshingly. This is the best tongue where you can enjoy the texture of the tongue and the juiciness of the fat (^-^) Salted beef tongue has a crisp texture. It's thick and satisfying to eat. ●Tengu Sashimi Assortment of 4 kinds of the day's best meat. This is the signature menu of "Live Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Tengu". Today, there were four types: Hiuchi, Geta Karubi, Kainomi, and Rump. The marbling is beautiful and everything looks delicious. Basically, it seems best to enjoy it cooked rare. Hiuchi on the inner thigh. I lightly grilled one side and ate it. It's fatty and delicious (^-^) The ribs around the ribs are a single piece of meat, and I cut them into bite-sized pieces with scissors and enjoyed them. It was a sweet rib meat. Kainomi is high-quality meat with just the right amount of marbling. It was very flavorful. ●Kabutsu Kalbi This volume is enough for one person. It was seasoned with sauce. It has just the right amount of fat and a rich flavor. It was very flavorful. ●Top loin A loin with plenty of marbling. This one comes with wasabi and I enjoyed it with wasabi soy sauce. It went really well with wasabi and was delicious! At the end, corn tea and ice cream were provided free of charge. It cooled my warm mouth and I enjoyed the refreshing after-meal aftertaste. I was able to enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for around 7,000 yen per person. Cut large chunks of meat and serve with ease. If you can enjoy the style of meat served in a high-end restaurant at this price, it might be a good deal (^-^) It's entertaining to cut the meat, and it's a level of fun that's higher than a typical Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. I felt like this was a store where I could do a lot of work.
