この日は西中島南方へ。
１週間ほど前からうちゅうが５液種ほど繋がっていて、行く機会を狙っていたのだがようやく行けた(*´ω｀*)
14時ごろお店に到着。
お店は阪急南方駅から北へ徒歩１分、地下鉄の西中島南方駅からだと徒歩３分ほど。
私は自宅から歩いたが40分ほどで行けた。
店内はカウンターが６席ほどとテーブル席が多数。
ビールを飲みに来ているというよりランチに来ているゲストが多い印象だ。
一人だったのでカウンター席へ。
５液種のうち３つは撃ち抜かれてしまっていたが、狙っていたアストロオーラは残っていたので即オーダー(*´∀`)♪
さっそくいただいた。
○うちゅうブルーイング ASTRO AURA（900円・税込み）・・・アルコール度数８％のTDH DIPA。超ヘイジー(*≧∀≦*)
シトラ、ギャラクシー、モトゥエカ、ネルソンソーヴィニンの４種類のホップをトリプルホッピングした超濃厚WIPA！
甘さはほぼなくガツンと苦味がくる。
これはスルスル呑めないやつ(*≧艸≦)
CBMは店舗によってお料理が中華だったりエスニックだったりするが、こちらは正統派フレンチ。
今回はフードはいただかなかったが、2名からオーダーできるシェフのスペシャルコースが美味しそうだった。
