本日のランチタイムは西中島南方界隈。
最近は有名店も犇めくラーメン劇戦地のおおよそ反対側に立地する『らあめん甚じん』さんに伺いました。
阪急京都線の車窓から眺めて「いつかは行きたい」と思いつつ、なかなかご縁の無かったお店です。
味噌ラーメン一本勝負的なイメージなので、ここは「味噌ラーメン」単品をオーダーしました。
注文を受けて少し経つと調理場からは一瞬炎が上がります。
これが「札幌式炙り味噌ラーメン」ですね！
モヤシとタマネギを味噌と一緒に炙ってる感じでしょうか。
しばらくして着丼。
生の乱切りネギが緑を添えて、周囲は重厚なチャーシューが囲みます。
スープは濃厚ですが、辛すぎず甘さも抑えた食べやすい味噌スープに感じました。
チャーシューは分厚くも繊維質がほどけやすい味わい深い状態。
自家製麺は中太ながら、やけにコシの強い麺でした。
美味しくスープまで完食。
