十三のメインはどちらかと言えばションベン横丁のある西口がメインですが東口にも良いお店は色々あります。
今日は東口の和屋さんにやってきました。
こちらのお店は肉、魚、お酒、ご飯もの何でもござれです。
お通しは枝豆。
まずはおばんざいを頂きましょう。
鳥肝の旨煮はしっとりしていて美味しい。
刺身盛り合わせは鮮度の良さを感じる。
そして嬉しい逸品、鰻肝の串焼き。
この苦味はたまらない。
鰻屋さんでもないのに肝がいただけるとは素晴らしい。
次はお肉。
巨大なスペアリブ！
まさにワイルド。
柔らかくジューシーで食べ応え抜群です。
骨周りの肉はやはり美味い。
しめはご飯もの。
なんと鰻の石焼きひつまぶし。
これは初体験です。
香ばしい鰻と石焼きでできた香ばしいお焦げ、ダブルの香ばしさです。
やはり鰻には幸せを感じます。
最後はお出汁でサラサラと。
素晴らしいお店です。
