十三駅東口を出て北へ1分程にある「ばっこ志」さんへ。
3度目の訪問。十三エリアのらーめんランキングで長らく君臨されている名店です。

今回は初の辛油らーめんを注文。メニューボタンにはレベル1と書いており、もしやより辛くできたのかなと思っておりますが確認できず、、

ベースはとんこつ。ラー油などで辛味を調和された一杯。麺はストレート細麺。スープと絡んで替え玉必須です。

チャーシューも程よくとろける系でうまい！スープも飲み干してしまう一杯です。

濃厚クリーミーなスープ

10年ぶり位に訪問。十三の商店街にある名店。

「特濃」というネーミングに惹かれて注文。当店は食券制です。

麺はかなりの細麺。スープも麺にとろりと絡みつくスープで美味い！

チャーシューもしっかり系というより、とろっとほぐれる系です。

キクラゲもアクセントになっており、久しぶりにスープまで完飲してしまいました。

2021年には尼崎で「ぎょっこ志」もOPENしてるそうでそちらも楽しみです。
