2007年12月オープンの濃厚なのに臭みのないクリームのようなとんこつスープと本場九州流 堅めの細麺にこだわった豚骨ラーメン店。
お席はカウンター席。
注文は入ってすぐの券売機で食券を購入するスタイル。
今日は期間限定のジビエラーメンを目当てに訪問。

大阪でここだけという、スープも焼豚も猪100%の新感覚ジビエラーメン。
猪レアチャーシュー、ヤングコーン、紅しょうが、お葱、自家製味噌、焼き海苔がのっています。
まろやかで濃厚だけどあっさりとくどさのないスープ、自家製の細麺も美味しかったです♡
自家製味噌で味の変化を楽しめるのも嬉しい♪
店員さんの対応もよく、ゆっくり美味しいラーメンを堪能できました。
