塚本に新しくオープンしたお店に行く前に、色々と食べれるお店が無いかなと探して見つけたのが、こちらのお店。
口コミには、料理が美味しい、人には教えたくない、など良い書き込みが多かったので予約して訪問。
Googleマップでは裏道から行くように案内されたので少し迷いましたが、商店街から行けばライフの所を左に入ったところでした。
18時30分に訪問しましたが先客は１組。
口コミは良かったけど大丈夫かな？と少し心配になりましたが、出て来た料理は全て美味しくて、これは確かに隠れた名店だなと思いました。
ポテトサラダからして味変して三つの味が楽しめるよう、アンチョビと少し火入れした卵が添えてあり、マスターのこだわりが感じられました。
そして、常連さんが昨日釣った鰹を持って来てくれたので、タタキ食べますか？とお勧めされて注文したタタキがこれまた絶品！
釣り上げた常連さんの絞め方が上手いのもあると思いますが、全く臭みがなく焼き加減も最適。
こんな美味しいタタキは久々に食べました。
その後のアテの盛り合わせの味付もいい具合で、ステーキもむっちゃ柔らかく調理させてました。
最後に良いタケノコ入ったので天ぷらどうですか？
と勧められて食べましたが、これもまた凄く美味しかったです。
そして、色々と飲んでお会計は１人約2,500円！
イメージより1,000円は安くてびっくり。
これは皆さんが褒めるのも分かります。
場所的にメインと駅の反対側にあり、そして奥まった分かりにくいところにあるので、人に教えたく無いと言うより、こんな良い店だからこそ、人に教えて長く営業して欲しいなと思いました。
