良くチェーンがささっと提供する業務用冷凍などではなく、中の肉がしっかり詰まった、博多で食べた美味いのと同じクオリティでした.店の前にいけすがあり、鯖がたくさん泳いでいました。鯖がイチオシのようですが、今回は頼まなかったため、また次回、機会があれば注文してみたいです。まるまる1匹なので、4人以上いる時に頼みたいなと思います。
