Visited without a reservation around 5:30pm. restaurant, which apparently has around 190 seats, was about 90% occupied. There were many groups. Depending on the timing, there were times when the place was full. Taking advantage of our nationwide presence, we have a wide selection of specialties from all over Kyushu. The appetizer is mentaiko. There are three flavors, and we were also shown the recommended way to eat them. Order Hakata's famous leather skewers, Kumamoto's mustard lotus root, and teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling. There is no problem with the ingredients that are transferred. However, even though the ingredients are available for things like skin skewers, I feel like the cooking techniques are difficult. It's not that it tastes bad. You can eat Kyushu's specialties all at once, and the large box makes it easy to use. I think I want to go again.
