ちょこっとだけお肉が食べたくて十三へ。
未訪だった十三風月さんに入ってみました。
カウンターが楽しいとのレビューがあったので行きたかったのですが、生憎いっぱい。
テーブル席に通されました。
オーダーはタッチパネルにて行います。

んが！！やはりそれではどうしてもＣＰが悪くなります・・
なので今回は１人前でオーダーしました。
昔ながらのステンレス製ロースターで焼き焼きします。
当然煙は出ますが、ロースター付近まで排煙フードが下りているので効率的に排気されケムタサ皆無♪

塩とレモンでシンプルに(´-｀*)
サシが多くて強い旨みを感じるタンですわ。
美味しいんですけどね、個人的にはもう少し厚かったら嬉しいかな。
枚数減ってもいいので。

これも味付け無し、個人的にこれ好きです。
塩であっさりと頂きました。
柔らかくって美味しい。
・シマチョウ...
部位特有の臭みエグみ全く無し。
きっちり処理されいる印象でこれも美味しいです。
飲み主体で肉は少量でしたが、クォリティの高さは感じ取る事が出来ました。
次こそはカウンター独り焼きしてみたいな。
