[u: Date and time of visit 2023/09/23 08:40] This is "Nikushoku Factory Awaryu", a morning Ramen shop that is quite rare in Juso. It is located about a 3 minute walk northwest of Hankyu Juso Station, across a narrow road under an elevated railway track. The temperature was around 25 degrees this morning, probably due to the rain since last night. It's quite easy to go out in the summer, so I decided to have a morning lunch here. I am aware of the person who supervised the project, ``Shibu-ya,'' but I have not visited them yet. I ordered the morning menu "Half Chan Set". I think "early lunch" is a good idea in many ways. --- [b:◆Cooking/Taste 3.1] "Half-Chan Set" is a half-serving set of Chinese noodles and fried rice. Chuka soba is a light type that is good for breakfast or after drinking. Ingredients: 1 piece of pork belly, naruto, green onion, white onion, and yuzu peel. When I drank the soup alone, I could drink it without any unpleasant taste, no matter how many times I sipped it. However, it only feels salty when slurping the noodles. Tastes may differ on that point. Apart from that, the yuzu peels dotted not only on the top but also on the bottom of the bowl served as an accent. Fried rice is also quite simple. The oil content is slightly strong, making it moist. It looks like the portion is small, but because the plate is deep, it's actually about half a serving. Neither of the sets had any particular elements that resembled a Meat Dishes restaurant. [b:◆Service 3.3] The clerk serves customers courteously. Opening hours for morning Ramen are 6am to 10am. After delivering Ramen, we will make the fried rice, which will be served quickly in about 2 minutes. Also, it seems that Free Wi-Fi is available in the store (see the notice). [b:◆Atmosphere 3.1] Location as above. This is an area in front of the station with less foot traffic. However, there are good landmarks such as a large Chinese soba sign. The interior of the restaurant is made of wood and is typical of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The counter seats are spacious. There was a basket of candy, and I paid for it in a certain manga style (10 pelicas = 1 yen). The BGM is Japanese music expected to be from the early Heisei era. 1 customer before, 2 customers after. The latter was with a young child. [b:◆Cospa 2.9] Morning menu "Half Chan Set" 1000 yen. Considering the concept of "breakfast", I felt that it was quite expensive. I think the pricing is reasonable if you're looking at it as an "early lunch." [b:◆Drink -] Data unknown. --- I would have liked it to be priced like a breakfast, or have ingredients like a Meat Dishes, or just one of them. Now that I think about it, it seems like you can order one serving of fried rice for just one coin. If you add a mini salad to this (although it's not on the side menu), it would probably be breakfast-like.
