I am working from home on this day. I was planning to go to another restaurant for lunch, but at the last minute I changed my mind and ended up going to this restaurant. I've always been curious about it, but never had the chance to visit. Arrived at the store around 12:10. The store is located in Sunriver Kashiri Shopping District, about a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Tsukamoto Station. There is an entrance on the right side of Sugi Pharmacy, but it is easy to overlook it (*≧艸≦) Enter the entrance door and proceed to the back to reach the store. Inside the restaurant, there are about 6 counter seats, 3 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people. Are you a couple? The restaurant is run by two people: a man in charge of cooking and a woman in charge of the floor. The lunch menu includes Hamburg, mixed fries, and weekly lunch specials. The weekly special on this day is braised pork belly. I wasn't familiar with braised braise, so I asked him what kind of dish it was, and he told me that it was pork belly that was steamed and then slowly simmered for about four hours. I was drawn to the ``4 hours carefully'' and ordered the weekly special. It was served in about 10 minutes. ◎Weekly Lunch (1,200 yen, tax included)...The main braised pork belly retains its shape, but the meat is so soft that you can cut it with chopsticks. The meat is about 2 centimeters thick, but it's crumbly and the excess fat has been removed, making it delicious. Teriyaki-style sauce goes well with rice! The accompanying soup is purple cauliflower potage. It's not overwhelming, but it's rich and delicious (*≧∀≦*) It's a hideaway, but customers come in all the time. Are there more women? The restaurant's famous Hamburg, which more than half of the people ordered, was fried on both sides in a frying pan and cooked through in the oven after receiving the order. The food is very delicious and takes a lot of effort. However, the 1,200 yen lunch at Tsukamoto seems a little steep. Personally, it would be perfect if it came with a small appetizer or Small dish (*´∀`)♪ But I'm also interested in Hamburg, so I'll come again. Thank you for the meal.
